Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every clinic plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required. You can also start on the free Clinic Sandbox to explore the platform.
What's the difference between the plans?
Every paid plan includes the same generally available clinic features and scheduling. Plans differ by capacity, not by feature gating: number of doctors, departments, branches, WhatsApp numbers, and team members. Core suits a solo doctor; Pro a small multi-doctor clinic; Max multi-branch, multi-specialty clinics; Custom large groups. Waitlist, patient recall and clinic operational analytics are currently offered to selected pilot clinics and require separate enablement.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is priced at ten months for twelve — two months free versus paying monthly.
Are WhatsApp message fees included?
Your Morasel subscription covers the software. WhatsApp messaging is charged separately, per delivered message, at the rates in our published rate card. Rates are based on Meta's official WhatsApp pricing by country and message type, plus a Morasel service fee. You fund messaging from a prepaid message wallet inside Morasel and can top it up by card or bank transfer, so what you spend on messaging stays visible and separate from what you pay for the platform.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade as your clinic grows — add doctors, departments, or branches — and changes are prorated. Your renewal date is preserved when you switch within a cycle.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are in US dollars. A local-currency figure your payment provider shows is informational; the charged amount is the USD price listed here.
