Applications

One WhatsApp platform, one business configuration

Each application is Morasel configured for one kind of work — clinics, customer care, e-commerce, Shopify — with the records, flows and templates that work already needs.

Why an application, not a generic inbox

A generic WhatsApp inbox does not know what an appointment is, what an order status means, or which template Meta has approved for that message. Someone still has to open a separate calendar, look up the customer by hand, and retype the same update every time — and there is no record of what was promised.

  • No shared record between the conversation and the appointment, order or ticket it is about
  • No template scoped to the job, so agents write ad-hoc messages that risk Meta's policy
  • No link between the reminder that went out and the reply that comes back
  • No audit trail of who sent what, and when

What every application shares

Every Morasel application is the same platform configured for one kind of work. Underneath, every application keeps the same six things.

WhatsApp number
One verified number per application, or one shared number across all of them.
Customer record
Name, phone number and history — appointments, orders or tickets — tied to that person.
Conversation thread
Every message, template send and reply kept in one thread per customer.
Template library
Meta-approved templates scoped to the application: reminders, confirmations, order updates.
Team workspace
Shared inbox, assignment and status for every agent working the application.
Audit trail
Who sent what, when it was delivered and read, and what the customer replied.

The applications, up close

Each application is Morasel pointed at one job. Your base plan sets your workspace's primary business configuration; the applications that are not verticals are enabled alongside it.

  1. Clinics

Appointment booking, reminders, a waitlist for cancellations and recall for overdue patients — built around doctor and branch availability.

  2. Customer Care

A shared inbox for support requests, with assignment, tags and escalation for the questions that need a human.

  3. E-commerce

Order status, delivery updates and support for online stores, running on the same Customer Care workspace.

  4. Shopify

Connect your Shopify store: order and cart events send the right WhatsApp message automatically.

One number, more than one job

The same WhatsApp number that sends a clinic reminder can take a support question a minute later.

Illustrative example — nothing shown here is a real business, person or message.

What the team sees, in every application

Whichever application is running, your team works from the same screen.

  • One shared inbox across every application, so no one switches tools to answer a message
  • Conversations assigned by application, by agent, or by branch
  • Templates and quick replies scoped to the application an agent is working
  • Reports that break down volume, response time and outcomes per application

What applications are not

These are first-party Morasel modules built on one record and one inbox — not a plugin marketplace, and not separate products that happen to share a login. Choosing an application configures Morasel; it does not connect you to a third party.

One workspace, one primary configuration

A Morasel workspace has one primary business configuration, the vertical its base plan sets, and can enable compatible Morasel applications alongside it, on the same platform and, where supported, the same WhatsApp number. One base subscription per workspace means one vertical, not two.

Applications FAQ

Do the applications share one WhatsApp number?

They can. Most teams start with one verified number and run every application through it; larger teams sometimes give one application — usually Customer Care — its own number.

Can we start with one application and add another later?

Yes, within one rule. A workspace has one primary business configuration — the vertical its base plan sets — and Clinics, Hospitality and Customer Care are verticals, so a workspace runs one of them rather than two. Everything that is not a vertical, like the WhatsApp Platform layer and the Shopify connector, is enabled alongside it without a new account or a setup from scratch.

Is Shopify part of the E-commerce application?

Shopify connects your store directly: order and cart events from Shopify trigger WhatsApp messages, and support for those orders runs through the same Customer Care inbox.

What does an application cost?

Applications are not priced separately. A Morasel plan starts at $49/month (Core), with Pro at $99 and Max at $199; Custom is quoted on request. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required. WhatsApp usage is billed separately, per delivered message, from a prepaid wallet at the rates in our published rate card — based on Meta's official WhatsApp pricing by country and message type, plus a Morasel service fee.

Can we build a custom application on Morasel?

The applications cover clinics, hospitality, support, e-commerce and Shopify today. If your workflow needs something these do not cover, talk to us — we configure the closest application to match how you work.
