Take direct bookings on your own stay page
A mobile-first page for your property: the units, real availability, and a booking form that creates a real booking in Morasel. It runs on the same calendar as your OTA listings, so a direct booking blocks those dates everywhere.

Every booking arrives through someone else
The listing works, so the OTA keeps the guest, the contact details and a quarter of the money. Meanwhile the guests who found you directly — a repeat visitor, a referral, someone who saw the property on Instagram — still have to go back through a platform to book, because there is nowhere else to send them.
- A returning guest pays commission all over again.
- Enquiries arrive as messages and are answered from memory of what is free.
- Nothing you send people is a page they can actually book on.
What the stay page is
One public page per property, with a page per unit beneath it. It presents the property the way a listing does — photos, description, location, what each unit sleeps — and adds the one thing a listing cannot: a booking that lands in your own system, with no commission attached.
- What a guest does
- Picks dates against real availability, enters name and mobile, confirms
- What they get back
- A booking reference and a link to view or cancel their stay
- Languages
- English, Arabic, German, Russian, Italian and French
- What it does not do
- Take payment. Morasel books the stay; you arrange payment your own way.
How a direct booking happens
No app to install, no account to create.
The guest opens your page
From a link you sent, a QR code, your Instagram bio or a search. It loads on a phone first — the property, the units, and what each one sleeps.
They pick dates against real availability
The calendar shown is the unit's actual free dates, with anything booked through Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp or your team already blocked out.
They book with a name and a mobile number
No account, no app, no password. The booking is created in Morasel immediately, with a reference the guest can quote.
You confirm and take payment your way
The booking arrives in your workspace as a request. You confirm it, and you settle payment however you already do — bank transfer, on arrival, or your own payment link.
And the conversation continues where the guest already is
The booking carries the mobile number, so the thread and the stay are one record from the start.
What you see
A direct booking is not a separate inbox. It lands in the same place as everything else, on the same calendar, with the guest's number attached.
- The booking appears immediately as a request, ready to confirm.
- The dates are already blocked on your Airbnb and Booking.com calendars at the next sync.
- The guest's number is on the booking, so their messages attach to it.
- Booking can be paused for the whole property when you need to stop taking them.
What the page will and will not do
It is a booking page, not a checkout. Being precise about that is what keeps a guest from arriving expecting to have paid.
- No card is taken and no payment is processed. Morasel does not touch the money.
- A booking arrives as a request, not a confirmed sale — you confirm it.
- The page lives on a Morasel address. Your own domain is not supported today.
- The same availability that protects you also constrains you: a unit blocked by an OTA hold cannot be sold here.
What a direct booking actually saves
A booking taken here pays no OTA commission. That is not the same as free. You are still paying for Morasel, for the WhatsApp messages you send the guest, and for whatever way you collect the money. The number worth comparing is the commission on the bookings you move to direct — for a property letting at €80 a night with a quarter going to the platform, roughly fifteen direct nights a month covers a Core subscription — not a comparison against zero.
Give people somewhere to book
One page, real availability, six languages, and no commission on what arrives through it.
Questions about direct booking
What is a direct booking?
One a guest makes with you rather than through Airbnb or Booking.com. The reservation, the guest's details and the relationship are yours, and no platform commission is deducted.
Does the guest pay on the page?
No. Morasel creates the booking and does not process payment. You settle it the way you already do — on arrival, by transfer, or with your own payment link.
Is the availability real?
Yes. It is the unit's actual calendar, including anything blocked by an Airbnb or Booking.com reservation, so the page cannot sell a night that is already gone.
Does the guest need an app or an account?
Neither. They pick dates, give a name and a mobile number, and get a reference and a link to view or cancel.
Can I use my own domain?
Not today. The page is served from a Morasel address, which you can link to from your own site or social profiles.
What languages does the page speak?
English, Arabic, German, Russian, Italian and French — chosen for the languages guests actually arrive in rather than the languages we market in.
Can I stop taking direct bookings?
Yes. Public booking can be paused for the property at any time, and the page stops accepting new bookings while it is.
